From Teaching to Counseling:
A Passion for Helping Others
My career began in education, where I worked as a teacher and guidance counsellor. My deep passion for supporting students evolved into a calling for counselling. Over the years, I realized that my greatest fulfillment came from helping individuals understand and overcome personal challenges. This passion led me to pursue a master’s degree in psychology, which laid the foundation for my career as a psychologist.
Driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, I have been practicing psychology for over 15 years, supporting individuals across all age groups. My journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally.
An Approach Built on Care and Expertise
With years of experience working with clients from various backgrounds, I combine my approachable demeanour with a deep understanding of mental health. I offer counselling services tailored to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. While I work with clients of all ages, I specialize in helping teens and adolescents overcome the unique challenges they face in today’s world. My approach to counselling is holistic, integrating evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each client’s personal journey. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working through difficult emotions.

Creating a Safe Space for All
I believe that the foundation of effective counselling is a trusting and supportive relationship. I value authenticity, honesty, and a bit of humour to help clients feel at ease. Whether it’s overcoming anxiety, building self-esteem, or navigating family dynamics, I am committed to guiding clients toward a healthier, more balanced life. My mission is simple: to provide compassionate care and to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
