Where’s your office? And is there parking?

It’s a quaint little old house converted into counselling offices. Yes, easy, free street parking out front and all around side streets; we’re sort of on a corner lot, right by St. Stephen Church.

What’s the first meeting like?

Totally normal to feel nervous! We’ll chat about what brought you in and what goals you may have. If you’re unsure about what to start with, I’ll ask you gentle questions, so no need to worry.

How often do I need to come?

Totally up to you! Many people come weekly or bi-weekly when they’re getting started, and then spread out their sessions after that. It really depends on your goals and resources.

Are you in person or virtual?

Both! And I can offer virtual or telephone in a pinch if you can’t make it in person.

How long are sessions? And what’s the cost?

My appointment are the full 60 minutes. 90 minute times are also available.
60 minutes - $235
90 minutes - $345

Rates are based on standard set by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta

How do I pay? And what about insurance?

Payment is e-transfer or cash. I send invoices and receipts through Jane software. All my invoices and receipts have required info to submit to insurance.

I don’t do direct billing at this time.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Late cancels (24 hours) are charged $100. However, I gift 2 late cancels with no charge as long as I hear from you before the start of the session! I understand that things come up, or kids get sick or what not. No shows are charged the full appointment cost.
